The El Paellero story
Bob and Donna started El Paellero while living in Sayulita, Mexico in 2011. They served individual portions of paella to passersby at two local farmer's markets, and folks loved the paella so much, they often asked for private catered events. "Why not?" said Bob, and a business was born.
Now back in Seattle full time, El Paellero serves big events in back yards, lodge halls, tasting rooms, country clubs, and event spaces throughout the Puget Sound region. Where folks are hungry, El Paellero will feed the masses!
